1. You have 7 days to report any faulty items to us so we can give you a replacement. If you report any issues after 7 days we will not issue a refund or replacement. 

2. If we require any further information for bespoke orders we will be in touch. Any delays in communication could result in a delay in delivery.

3. If you wish to make any personalisations to the products we sell in our shop, please contact us and send images via email to info@shortees-print.co.uk 

4. To help get the most out of our products, please avoid using high temperatures when drying.
