We ask that all artwork is supplied as a print-ready PNG. Once we receive it, we’ll check it for print quality and let you know if any adjustments are needed.
Your approval confirms you’re happy with the design, and we’ll move to production.

We manage your order from start to finish through trusted UK production partners.

• Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days from approval.
• You’ll get a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  We handle the logistics so you can focus on your business.

Please inspect your merchandise when it arrives.

• Any faults or issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• After 7 days, we can’t take responsibility for defects.
• Any issues caused by artwork or files you provided are your responsibility.

Need more merch? No problem. Reorders follow the same process as your first order. Any changes to artwork, quantities, or products need approval before production. Delivery times for reorders may vary depending on schedules.

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. Payment is due at the time of order, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Prices for future orders may vary depending on production costs.
