These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the provision of merchandise printing and related services by Shortees Print (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") to our clients (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. Artwork Requirements: All artwork for printing must be supplied in a print-ready format, preferably as a high-resolution PNG file, or other formats as specified by us. We reserve the right to request alternative file formats or higher resolution files if the submitted artwork does not meet our production standards.1.2. Artwork Review: Upon receipt of your artwork, our team will conduct a quality check to assess its suitability for printing. We will notify you promptly if any adjustments or modifications are required to ensure optimal print quality.1.3. Client Approval: Production will commence only after we have received your explicit approval of the final artwork proof. Your approval signifies your complete satisfaction with the design, layout, and specifications, and you acknowledge that any errors or omissions present in the approved proof are your sole responsibility.1.4. Artwork Responsibility: You warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the use of any artwork, logos, or designs submitted to us. You agree to indemnify and hold Shortees Print harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights related to the artwork you provide.
2.1. Production Management: We manage the entire production process, from order placement to dispatch, through our network of trusted and vetted UK production partners. We ensure that all partners adhere to our stringent quality standards.2.2. Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery timeframe for most orders is typically 5–10 working days from the date of final artwork approval. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to production complexities, material availability, and courier delays. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any significant changes to your delivery schedule.2.3. Dispatch Notification: You will receive a dispatch notification, including tracking information where available, as soon as your order has been shipped from our production partner. We handle all logistics to provide a seamless and stress-free experience.
3.1. Inspection Upon Receipt: Upon delivery, you are responsible for promptly inspecting all merchandise for any defects, discrepancies, or damage. We recommend a thorough check of all items immediately.3.2. Reporting Faults: Any faults, issues, or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Reports made after this 7-day period may not be eligible for rectification or compensation.3.3. Definition of Fault: A fault or defect refers to a manufacturing error or a significant deviation from the approved artwork proof that is not attributable to the inherent characteristics of the product or minor variations in color or print placement that are within industry standards.3.4. Client-Supplied Artwork Issues: Shortees Print cannot be held responsible for any defects or unsatisfactory results arising directly from errors, low resolution, or incorrect specifications within the artwork or files provided by you. In such cases, the cost of reprinting or rectifying the issue will be borne by you.3.5. Resolution Process: Upon receiving a valid report of faulty items within the stipulated timeframe, we will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a reprint, repair, or refund for the affected merchandise. We may require the return of faulty items for inspection.
4.1. Reorder Process: Subsequent orders for the same merchandise ("reorders" or "repeat runs") will follow the standard order process, including artwork verification and approval. While we strive for consistency, minor variations between original and reordered items may occur due to differences in production batches or materials.4.2. Artwork & Specification Changes: Any modifications to previously approved artwork, quantities, product types, or specifications for a reorder will necessitate a new artwork approval process and may impact pricing and delivery schedules.
5.1. Currency & VAT: All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds (GBP). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.5.2. Payment Terms: Full payment for all services and merchandise is due at the time of order placement, unless a separate credit agreement or payment schedule has been formally agreed upon in writing between Shortees Print and you.5.3. Price Adjustments: Prices for future orders are subject to change based on fluctuations in material costs, production expenses, and market conditions. We will endeavor to provide transparent pricing for all new orders.
