    If you are unsure whether your artwork format is suitable for printing, simply send it over and we will happily check it for you.

  • The online mockup tool is just an approximate guide to help you place your artwork. Before any order is sent to print, we manually check every design for quality, sizing, and alignment free of charge. If your file looks too small, or if the layout looks incorrect, we will adjust it for the best possible print outcome. Please note that final print sizing and alignment may vary slightly from your screen preview.

  • Yes - design guidance is part of our service. Whether you need help refining your artwork, need help with a logo, or getting something print-ready, we can help.

  • For custom or more complex orders, we will provide a mockup or proof before production. For simpler orders, this depends on the order type and artwork provided.

  • Yes - if you need 25+ items or something more custom, request a custom quote. This helps us offer the best pricing and print option for your order.

  • Timescales depend on the product, print method, order size, and delivery destination. If you're working to a deadline, let us know before ordering and we'll advise on turnaround and shipping.

  • We have no minimum order quantity. You can easily top up your custom clothing with small orders.

  • Yes! How you reorder depends on how you placed your original order:

    • Online Store Purchases: Please create an account before checking out. This allows you to view your order history and easily reorder previous designs.
    • Custom Quotes & Orders: Simply contact us directly. We keep your previous designs on file and our team will gladly help you reorder or make updates.
  • As all items are custom printed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, unless the garment is defective. If something isn't right, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it. See our full Returns & Refund Policy in our Terms of Service for details.

  • We recommend washing garments inside out at a low temperature, avoiding tumble drying where possible, and not ironing directly over the printed area. Care instructions may vary slightly depending on the garment and print method.

  • Yes - we can ship internationally. Delivery times and availability may vary depending on the destination.
